My love of film has always been with me. A book my parents gave me when I was 16 became a textbook for a film class at the University of Florida. I love cinema verite (Frederick Wiseman was a muse).
I have written marketing scripts for websites, branding presentations on blogs and I shoot archival footage for theatrical productions.
I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, College of Journalism and Communications, in Telecommunications and Film Studies. I learned to edit on 7″ reel-to-reel tape recorders for sound and a Movieola for film splicing and editing. (I also had a manual editor to slice and dice Regular 8mm film, which was a much smaller version but similar to one in the film The Fablemans.
